The
idea for a web site
devoted to ethical wills, was created by Barry K. Baines, MD, a family
physician and medical director of a home-based hospice program in
Minnesota.
Barry's
interest in
Ethical Wills began when his father developed a terminal illness in
1990.
However, it was his hospice care experience that provided the impetus
for
developing resources to help people write and preserve their legacy of
values at any stage of life.
